Important info for a seamless experience
Appointment
- Slots are posted monthly — book online to secure your day.
- Hair must be washed, blow dried & product free (no oils or creams) upon arrival.
- Full address is sent a couple of days before your appointment — closest station: Seven Sisters.
How to Book
When booking, please provide:
- Your full name
- A clear description of the style you want
- Your preferred date & time
- Any special requirements
Payments
- £10 non-refundable deposit required for all appointments when booking.
- Deposits are non-refundable unless the mistake is on my behalf.
- Remaining balance to be paid on the day — cash only.
Cancellations
- At least 48 hours notice required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Failure to give notice will result in loss of deposit.
- Please arrive on time.

- Based in N15, Tottenham.
- Full address sent a couple of days before your appointment.
- Closest stations: Seven Sisters & South Tottenham.
- Bus routes: 279, 67, 259, 41, 230, 341.
Late Arrivals
- £10 fee after 15 minutes, increasing by £5 every 10 minutes.
- Appointment may be cancelled.
Before Your Appointment
Arrive on time. Please arrive promptly so we can enjoy the full session together.
Come prepared. Come with clean, dry hair unless your service says otherwise.
Bring inspiration. Bring photos or ideas of the style you want to achieve.
Flag concerns. Let me know of any allergies or scalp concerns beforehand.
Skip heavy product. Avoid heavy oils or products the day of your visit.
Relax. Settle in, unwind, and enjoy your self-care time fully.
